Explore news, videos and many more based on what your friends are reading and watching. Publish your activity on its own and retain full control.

The purpose of Tiger Woods a revival never about going low or down start hot. It should be found in the Woods the second phase of his career is consistency. Have a solid round and follow up with something just special. Putt well for four days in a row. Enter the drive play for the stretch of tournaments.

We saw a bit of that earlier this year at the Abu Dhabi when Tiger entered the final round tied for the lead, but the inability to maintain consistency for the loss eventually led Robert Rock. This week, at the Pebble Beach Pro-am, Tiger once again shows us that things started to click. For the first time since the 2009 Tour Championship, Tiger has put together the opening two rounds under 70, as Woods shot a neat 68 on Thursday at Spyglass and a solid 68 on Friday at the big crafty Monterey Peninsula Country Club.

Judging by the car ad Super Bowl XLVI already released, nearly a dozen automotive companies who serve ads Sunday examined what winners do to make ad $3-million-plus they spent is worth it.

Over the past few years, Edmunds.com has tracked the car Super Bowl ad effectiveness in stir the viewers to get off the couch and take action, special online shopping for a car or brand advertised. That is the point of advertising, after all. The analysis found that the secret to winning the Super Bowl car commercials are interesting storylines and characters may be involved with music that is interesting that thrown in, but, most important, life outside the game-before and after.

Already we see the stories that develop (viewers will decide whether to withdraw or not) with ads such as Ferris Bueller remake of Honda. We see various characters-the dog to Suzuki, Volkswagen and Audi, Vampire from celebs to Honda, Toyota, and, from the cover-all-the-player base of hot chicks and buff the adorable baby not to shit. In front of the music, Hyundai has adopted the theme “Rocky”; Volkswagen sticking with the “Star Wars”.

The fact that so many ads have been released showing advertisers are desperately trying to exploit the pre-game buzz for their expensive ads. The question is has so many have been released and that will not break through the noise. Inevitably, some will surprise us when they actually air. Before, after and during games, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Hulu will lit activities like never before to extend the life of the car to the massive investment.

In the State of the Union address Tuesday night, President Obama announced a series of proposals, which include the pursuit of alternative energy, create jobs and manufacturing deal with problems of economic disparities and the divisive immigration. However, the proposal of education collects a lot of attention on social media, with tweets that were recorded during 35,972 that portion of the speech.

Obama calling on States to take initiatives to improve their educational system. The school had to stop “teaching to the test,” he said, referencing policies that are applied with no child left behind Act of 2001. He also makes the case that students should be asked to stay in high school until they graduate or reach the age of 18.

“When kids graduate, the most daunting challenges to tuition fees,” he said.

Obama said America owes more in debt cost of credit card debt and called on Congress to stop the level of interest on student loans from the two-fold, which is set takes place in July. He also argues that Congress should extend the tax credit costs and increase the amount of work the work available on college campuses.

The death of freestyle skier Sarah Burke had forced extreme sports safety into the spotlight.

Burke, 29, died Thursday, nine days after crashing on a half-pipe course in Utah. Winter X Games champion and the 2005 World half pipe gold medalist suffered “irreversible brain damage to her lack of oxygen and blood after the heart,” according to a statement from her Publicist.

Competitive skiers and snowboarders is no stranger to injuries that range from serious to fatal. In 2001, the United States Wednesday, gold medal-winning skier Bill Johnson suffered a near fatal accident which puts him in a coma during an attempt to qualify for the 2002 Winter Olympics. Recently, the Olympic Games of Turin 2006, skier Lindsey Vonn crashed during a training run. The accident ended his expectations of metal but he was able to go with just a hip injury.

Kevin Pearce say snowboarding trip of a lifetime to give him a crash in Utah halfpipe 2009 left him with a traumatic brain injury (TBI). After struggling through years of rehabilitation, Pearce regained his ability to speak, walk, eat and, in December, he hit the slopes for the first time since the accident.

U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that nearly 1.7 million Americans suffer TBI each year. Experts say about the causes of sports injuries, and the nature of extreme skiing and snowboarding make this sport very dangerous.

Google today launched a new effort designed to educate consumers on tech terms like “IP addresses” and explain a few things about online privacy.

Google calls an attempt “Good idea”, and it is a continuation of a campaign that began in Europe in the fall. Beyond the obligatory website, featuring how-to video, campaign incorporating online and print advertising in national newspapers and magazines as well as advertisements for straphangers at subway stations in New York and Washington DC. Google says it is good to know is the largest consumer education campaign. A Google spokesman says the company spent “tens of millions of dollars.”
